I’m Daniella Henry and I advise clients on how to maximize their time, energy and skills to succeed in their vision venture. I’ve worked with C-suite executives, diplomats, startup teams, and solo entrepreneurs. My favorite thing to do is guide folks in figuring out something they love to do and finding ways to actually hold themselves accountable to keep it going, with strategic plans, to-do lists, next steps and all the other stuff that makes things happen.

An attorney by trade, I’ve balanced a successful, over decade-long, international career in climate policy and tech, while keeping up with my love of dance, art and building creative ventures. I am a firm believer that everyone has a passion, and that a passion doesn’t always have to be turned into a side hustle. Also, while we can’t all quit our jobs and go on a month-long yoga retreat to find ourselves, everyone can find something they love and foster that love, even in 15 minute increments.

I have been coaxing people into doing what they love since age five when I pushed my three year old brother into our pool so he’d get over being scared. He went on to become a competitive swimmer. Trust me, I’m really good at this.
